Brand Strategy Services in New York & São Paulo

Good experiences start with clear strategy. We help brands figure out what they stand for, how to say it, and where to show up — then we build campaigns that make it real.

The work, in plain terms.

FARIAS is a brand strategy agency based in New York and São Paulo. We build strategies you can actually use — and then help you execute them.

Strategic communications

Messaging frameworks, narrative development, and communications planning that give your team a clear voice — from CEO to intern.

Integrated campaign planning

Multi-channel campaign strategy that connects experiential, digital, and traditional touchpoints into one coherent story.

02How we work

4 steps, no shortcuts.

We don't do strategy in a vacuum. Every engagement starts with real research and ends with something you can act on.

  1. Research

Audit your brand, market, competitors, and audience.

  2. Position

Define your differentiation and core brand narrative.

  3. Express

Develop the creative and messaging that brings it to life.

  4. Measure

Track how the strategy performs and refine over time.

04Common questions

What clients ask first.

What does a brand strategy agency actually deliver?
A defensible position and the tools to use it: a differentiation you can own, a core narrative, a messaging framework, and creative direction that holds up from a trade show booth to a social post. The test of a strategy is not the deck — it is whether your team can make decisions with it six months later without asking anyone.
When does a brand need a strategy engagement rather than a campaign?
When the work keeps producing inconsistent output. If every campaign requires re-litigating what the brand stands for, or if different teams describe the company differently, the constraint is positioning rather than execution. Campaigns built on unresolved positioning tend to underperform regardless of budget.
How does brand strategy connect to experiential work?
Strategy determines what an activation is for. The activations that produce defensible numbers start from a single business objective and a clear position — that is a strategy output. Without it, the format gets chosen first and the measurement gets invented afterward, which is the most common way experiential budgets get wasted.
How do you measure whether a brand strategy is working?
Track it in the work, not just in surveys. Consistency of message across channels, speed of creative decisions, and whether campaigns built on the strategy outperform ones that predate it. Brand tracking studies are useful, but the earlier signal is how much less debate each new piece of work requires.
