Experiential Marketing Agency · NYC + São Paulo

We turn big ideasinto things thatactually happen.

001Who we are

Operations,
treated as craft.

FARIAS is an experiential marketing agency built around a stubborn idea: every brand activation, every event, every campaign should feel made, not produced.

We work with marketing teams in tech and finance who care less about templates and more about results. Senior-level attention on every project, kept intentionally small so the work stays sharp.

We guide partners to be daring while staying grounded in the possible.

002What you get

How much does experiential marketing cost?

It depends on the scope of your campaign. We work with budgets ranging from focused local activations to large-scale national tours. Our goal is always to maximize your ROI regardless of budget size, so we build every proposal around what will actually move the needle for your brand.

What is the difference between experiential and event marketing?

Event marketing covers any branded event, from conferences to trade shows. Experiential marketing is a subset that focuses specifically on creating immersive, interactive brand experiences where people participate rather than just attend. We do both, and often the best campaigns blend the two.

How do you measure the success of a brand activation?

We track the metrics that matter to your team: foot traffic, on-site engagement, social media impressions, lead capture, and brand sentiment. Before any campaign launches, we align on your KPIs so you get a clear picture of what worked and what to optimize next time.

How long does it take to plan a brand activation?

A typical experiential campaign takes 6 to 12 weeks from concept to launch, depending on scale and complexity. That said, we have pulled off high-quality activations on much tighter timelines when the situation calls for it. We will always be upfront about what is realistic for your deadline.

Do you work with companies outside of New York?

Yes. Our offices are in New York and São Paulo, but we regularly plan and execute campaigns across the US, Brazil, and internationally. We have vendor networks and on-the-ground partners in most major markets.

What industries do you specialize in?

We work primarily with tech and finance companies, which is where most of our experience lives. We also have a strong track record in lifestyle, entertainment, and consumer brands. The through line is working with marketing teams that care about quality and results.

What makes FARIAS different from larger agencies?

We operate as a partner, not a vendor. You get senior-level attention on every project, not a junior account manager reading from a playbook. We keep our client roster intentionally small so we can go deep on every engagement. We use technology to stay efficient, but real people drive the strategy and creative.
