SERVICE / 04Production Partner

Production Partner for Agencies and In-House Teams

Agencies and in-house marketing teams bring us work they have already sold. We take it from approved concept to executed experience — fabrication, staffing, permits, logistics, load-in, run-of-show, and strike — in New York and São Paulo. You keep the client relationship and the creative credit.

01What we do

The work, in plain terms.

Scopes that start after the pitch is won.

Full production

Approved concept through on-site delivery: fabrication, vendors, staffing, logistics, and run-of-show.

Overflow capacity

A second concurrent activation when your team is already committed, run to your standards and your client-facing process.

Market execution

You hold the relationship in one market; we execute in the other. Local vendors, local permits, local crew.

Technical delivery

Virtual and hybrid builds, broadcast-quality streaming, and interactive installations that need a specialist rather than a generalist.

02How we work

4 steps, no shortcuts.

Built to slot into an agency process rather than compete with it.

  1. Scoped from your deck

We price against the creative you already sold, and flag what is undeliverable before it becomes your problem.

  2. White-label by default

We work under your brand unless you want otherwise. Attribution is yours to give.

  3. One senior owner

The person who scopes your job runs it. No handoff to a junior team after signature.

  4. Documented handback

Photo, video, spend reconciliation, and measurement in a form you can put straight in front of your client.

04Common questions

What clients ask first.

Can you produce in Brazil as well as the US?
Yes — but the two markets are different operating realities, not the same process run twice. Customs alone adds six to eight weeks to a Brazilian build versus the same build in the US. Import and permitting timelines diverge on top of that, and builds that ship late are almost always ones scoped on US assumptions. New York and São Paulo are not satellite offices for us; they are where our founder lives, which is why neither market is the one we hand to somebody else.
Do you use local crews, or fly your own team in?
Local crews. We hold standing vendor and crew relationships in both markets, so cost and schedule reflect the market you are actually in.
Will we be working with one team across both markets, or handed between agencies?
One team. You get a single point of contact across both markets, rather than a hand-off between two agencies and two contracts.
