Ten years of experiential work, run by people who live in both markets.
FARIAS designs and produces brand activations, digital experiences, and integrated campaigns for marketing teams in tech, finance, and CPG. We keep the studio small on purpose, so the people who scope your work are the people who run it.
We guide partners to be daring while staying grounded in the possible.
The person who scopes a project runs it. Nothing is handed to a junior team after signature.
We work to understand what the business actually needs before designing anything, then measure against that rather than against activity.
Finding ways to make budget already committed do more — reinforcing consumer loyalty rather than buying a single moment of attention.
We take on work we can staff with senior people. That caps how much we run at once, and it is the point.
John has spent over ten years in large-scale project management and experiential production. Before founding FARIAS, he worked at Factory360 on activations for clients including Apple, Meta, Grubhub, and Taco Bell.
Most of his work sits in tech and CPG. The approach is consistent: understand the client’s business well enough to deliver what they actually asked for, then find ways to make spend they have already committed work harder at building consumer loyalty.
New York and São Paulo are not satellite offices. They are where he lives. That is the reason FARIAS can run work in either market without handing half of it to a partner agency in the other.
